Job: Carnarvon Industry Consultant

The Apprentice & Traineeship Co. has a vacancy for a full-time Industry Consultant to service our Carnarvon office and surrounding areas.

As an Industry Consultant, you will have a hands-on role managing apprentices and trainees on behalf of their valuable host employers.

Opportunities for professional development and advancement in the areas of OHS, Training & Assessment, HR or Management are made available to all ATC Industry Consultants.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate evidence of the following essential requirements (selection criteria):

• Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
• Knowledge of OHS guidelines
• Ability to mentor and assist apprentices & trainees
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise and meet deadlines
• Hold a current valid driver’s license
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
• Carnarvon resident
