The Apprentice & Traineeship Co. has a vacancy for a full-time Industry Consultant to service our Carnarvon office and surrounding areas.

As an Industry Consultant, you will have a hands-on role managing apprentices and trainees on behalf of their valuable host employers.

Opportunities for professional development and advancement in the areas of Occupational Health & Safety, Training & Assessment, Human Resources or Management are made available to all ATC Industry Consultants.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate evidence of the following essential requirements (selection criteria):

Ability to build rapport with key stakeholders
Knowledge of OHS guidelines
Ability to mentor and assist apprentices & trainees
Ability to self-manage, prioritise and meet deadlines
Hold a current valid driver’s license
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
Carnarvon resident

Bright new future for ATC

Leading WA group training organisation, Apprentice & Traineeship Co (commonly known as ATC) launched its new brand at the Mid West Chamber of Commerce and Industry Business After Hours event in Geraldton last night.

ATC’s Chief Executive Officer, Kaili Behan sees the re-brand as an opportunity to refresh the organisation’s image in the public eye and to refocus staff on a new strategy to deliver superior service and a wider range of training and employment programs.

“The re-brand is as much about creating a more vibrant public image as it is re-invigorating our internal culture,” said Ms Behan.

“The team are excited about the new brand and our Industry Consultants (formerly Field Officers) are looking forward to representing ATC out in the community with their new uniforms and branded vehicles.”

The new logo features an updated slogan “Careers Start Here!” and a new colour scheme of dark blue and bright lime green.

Keep an eye out for the new ATC signs, uniforms, adverts, catchy radio jingle.

Join ATC at Spirit FM Christmas Family Fun Day

Apprentice & Traineeship Co (ATC) is proud to sponsor Spirit FM’s inaugural Christmas Family Fun Day on the Foreshore.

There will be stacks of things to keep the whole family happy including bouncing castles, face painting, games for the kids and plenty of entertainment. Keep an eye out for Santa and his elves, plus loads more.

And of course, ATC staff will be on hand to discuss apprenticeships and traineeships and how you or your business can join the ATC family as an apprentice, trainee or host employer.
