Civil Site Administrator

We are looking for a Site Administrator to join a fast growing company based in Geraldton. Immediate start for the right person. This role has a high focus on customer experience and involves a large amounts of data entry and register maintenance. ABOUT THE ROLE:
– This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
– You will report directly to the Commercial Manager
– You will provide support to site employees and Project Managers
– You will handle MOBE/DEMOBE including medicals, flights and accommodation
– You will provide project costing support
– You will handle End of Month invoicing
– You will handle payroll
– You will complete all data entry and register maintenance

ABOUT YOU:
– Must have a C class drivers license
– Minimum 3 years experience in a Civil environment
– Payroll and advanced MYOB experience
– Excellent attention to details and organisation skills
– Have a working knowledge of EBA’s and Federal Awards
